Lending Programs

Starz provides sponsors balance sheet capital for property acquisitions and recapitalizations of existing assets.

Loans up to 75% LTV/LTC for core to value-add transitional assets with existing cash flow. Starz has the ability to structure future fundings for property improvements and lease-up. Starz lends throughout the Eurozone and the United Kingdom.
